HOW DO I SIGN UP TO BE AN HBS QUEEN/ MODEL MY HAIR AND RECEIVE DISCOUNTS ON MY NEXT PURCHASE?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE A CANADA-WIDE SHIPMENT?
Canada-wide shipments will generally take up to two business weeks to be delivered. This includes a processing time of 6 business days, plus any additional travel time to your destination. Once we have processed your order, you will be provided with tracking information on your package so you can see exactly where your package is at your convenience.
How long will my order take to process and be ready for local pickup/ delivery?
If you live in Halifax, your order will generally take up to 6 business days to process. However, this may vary due to Covid restrictions and shipping delays, but you will be kept informed on the status of your order and we will do our best to ensure your hair is in your hands as swiftly as possible!
Are refunds allowed and can I return my wig if I’m not satisfied with it?
Hair By Sasha does not allow refunds or returns. If you are unsatisfied with your wig, please contact us and we will follow up with possible resolutions. We care about your feedback and will do whatever we can to rectify the issue.
How secure will my wig be on my head?
Our wigs are tightly secured with at least 3 clips attached to the inside of the cap, as well as an adjustable strap to make sure it fits your head perfectly and according to your needs.
Do you sell human hair wigs?
Hair By Sasha sells premium-fibre synthetic wigs and human hair blends which strongly resemble virgin hair. Certain of our products may be 100% human hair, however, this is not our niche. Any human hair wigs will be appropriately categorised and labeled for your information.
Do any of the wigs come in multiple different sizes?
The “size” of each wig depends on the style of the unit. Most of our wigs are generally big-head friendly, with an adjustable strap on the inside to help secure the wig or re-size it to fit smaller heads or flatter hairstyles underneath the wig.
I need help customising my wig before I wear it, do you have any options available for me?
The short answer is yes! We offer wig customisation services that include lace trimming, adding baby hairs, hairline plucking, and more to make your wig fit seamlessly for everyday wear. Simply search “Wig cutomisations” in our shop and add to cart!
What is the best way for me to schedule a pickup in the HRM?
Please indicate your preference for contactless pickup or delivery at checkout, and we will send a follow up email with instructions and date/time options. Please also note that dropoffs are only available on weekends, but pickups can be scheduled during the evenings on weekdays, as well as on weekends.
Will I need glue for the lace-front wigs on this website?
The short answer is no! All of our wigs come with clips on the inside of the cap to secure the hair as well as an adjustable strap to make sure your unit is snug and as tight as you need it to be on your head, without the need for glue. As a matter of fact, we discourage the use of glue unless absolutely necessary, in order to maintain the quality of your hair for longer.
